- Are your products authentic? Yes, we purchase all of our products from authorized retailers. We do not accept fakes or counterfeits. Each item that arrives at our warehouse is fully authenticated by our specialists.
- Where are you located? Currently, we are strictly online based and products ships from our warehouse in North Carolina.
- Do you ship worldwide? Yes, we do ship worldwide. Shipping fees do apply to our international customers.
- Do you purchase in bulk? Yes, we purchase items in bulk every single day.
- Do you offer consignment? As of right now, we do not offer consignment but very soon this option will be available. Whenever this option is available it will be posted on our social media outlets.
- Do you accept returns? We do not accept returns; all sales are final. For any reason if you are not satisfied with your order, please reach out and we will try our best to accommodate your needs.
- Why was my order canceled? For security reasons, an order can be canceled due to any signs of fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for any reason, at our sole discretion.
